Each year, WNY STEM Hub holds an Annual Meeting to ratify any Board of Director members that are due for renewal or have joined the board during the past year. Recognition is also given to outstanding supporters during the past year. In addition, an informational session event takes place a this event.

Resolved: That the following individuals and their terms of service as Members of the Board of Directors be approved as follows:

Term to Expire December 31, 2023

Resolved: That the Bylaws of the Corporation be amended as set forth in the proposed bylaws sent to all members.
