The Eighth Annual CS4HS Student Showcase and Competition sponsored by Google at Buffalo State College is going virtual this year! The Showcase and Competition is open to all Western NY middle and high school students. Students will submit videos of their projects to be judged. We want to encourage student involvement so we will accept a large array of projects including poster presentations, web design, computer programs, computer games, and robotics. Each participating student will receive a certificate and students that have the top projects in their categories will receive special awards. Student names and school affiliations will be included in the event program.

To participate in the event, students will need to submit a project proposal that will be accepted by the CS4HS team. To get a copy of the proposal form, email Dr. Neal Mazur at mazurnm@buffalostate.edu. The deadline for project proposals is May 11. After project proposal acceptance, students will be given instructions concerning project submission. The deadline for project submission is Monday, June 1. Contact Dr. Mazur with any questions that you might have.
